Reservation for a whole grass fed and finished lamb from Brown Dog Farm. This reservation covers the custom processing at our local artisan USDA butcher, Pinn Oak Ridge Farms., just 5 miles down the road. When they are sent you will receive a custom cut list form, so your lamb will be cut and packaged to your specifications. When final weights are made you will be billed your final payment. Upon receipt, you can pick up your lamb, vacuum packaged and ready to take home from our farm store.
